Postpartum life can be tough & no one prepares you for that 🥹

i never knew the first walk after c section would be like hell… walk?hmm, even going to a bathroom using washroom will tear you apart even after taking laxatives 🤐. Getting up from bed, coughing, laughing, literally every single thing after a c section is really hard to death beyond imagination to someone who has not undergone such stage. I had no idea that having a C-section will make uh feel a belittled mommie by certain comments and judgements from unsolicited aunties (though heard from many).

I never knew connecting with your own baby will be a process 🥹🙁

How you gave birth to your baby? is it a normal or ….? then there is a pause. Giving birth to your baby (c-section/vaginal birth), baby & mamma is fine, that's what matter. Its hard to balance recovery, sleepless nights and hormones in both cases, but its never impossible for you to handle too♥

stay strong mamma’s what ever you have done, it isnt easy. Every mommies are different and unique by their own ways. Just keep going without focusing on those judgements.

Inhaling and soaking in the pure baby smell will let you forget and heal from all those things once. every new mom faces this and lets be honest about how hard motherhood can be.

And there are moms who have undergone both C-Section and vaginal birth pain. Negative comments from close people will make those mamas even more littling feel. Negativity doesn't need to be verbal. Facial expressions, tone, emotion, actions can also impose or pass negativity in new mamas.

I know you are strong, its just the imbalanced hormones that aren't able to handle those comments & negativity passing through you.

To all the new momma's We all are together in this🤝♥
